Custom Manufactured
All batching equipment is manufactured in our 90,000 ft2 state-of-the-art production facility. Vince Hagan is the only producer of batching equipment that manufactures the full-line of plant units including paving mixers, conveyors, silos, and dust control. This insures proper interface of all equipment purchased. Vince Hagan has manufactured and delivered over 7,000 batch plants all over the world.
Custom Installed & Training
Our teams of installation experts can be on your site anywhere in the world to install or assist with the installation of your batching equipment. In addition, we will train your staff on how to operate your new equipment, correctly sequence the batch actions, achieve the most production and reduce your maintenance costs.

In 1956, Mr. Vince Hagan, founder of The Vince Hagan Company, started with an original idea: he would design, build, and patent (U.S. patent #3,251,484) the very first fully mobile concrete batch plant.
Over the years, his “Haganator,” a heavy-duty truss design, became an industry icon. Today, it includes in-truss dust collection, the largest aggregate capacity, and many operator-friendly upgrades.

Has recently purchased two new Vince Hagan Stationary Central Mix concrete batch plants for our Murfreesboro, TN. and Nashville, TN. locations utilizing new Vince Hagan Model TM-14 Tilt mixers and Vince Hagan stationary concrete batch plants. The Vince Hagan TM-14 Tilt Mixers have performed extremely well in mixing high quality concrete. We are pleased with the results of the consistency; uniformity and confirmation testing you recently had performed on one of the mixers by an independent testing lab. The results showed conformance with CPMB/PMMD Performance Certification Plating for 30-second uniformity mixing time for general use concrete (4” – 6” slump) and 45-second uniformity mixing time for paving use concrete (2” slump or less). We have been very pleased with the uniformity of the concrete batched and the overall performance of the plant and mixer.
