Innovation that started with the first patented mobile concrete batch plant and continues today with the patented horizontal spiral blade mixer. Vince Hagan designs and manufactures all types of plants including portable dry concrete batch plants, stationary dry concrete batch plants, central mix plants, , dust collectors, reclaim and conveying systems. We provide one-stop shopping which assures proper interface of all equipment.

All of our products have obtained the highest certifications in our industry. Cement, aggregate and water batcher scales on our batch plants are NTEP Certified. Our Horizontal and Tilt mixers have been tested by independent laboratories for mixer performance regarding strength, slump, unit weight and total mix time. Our is rated by the PMMD at a 30 second minimum mix time and the at a 45 second maximum mix time. We are also members of the Concrete Plant Manufacturers Bureau (CPMB), Plant Mixer Manufacturers Bureau (PMMB) and the Air Quality Manufacturers Division (AQMD). Our batch plants meet NEC codes and are UL certified.

Mr. Vince Hagan designs, patents and manufactures the first mobile batch plant. This design revolutionizes concrete plant to job site time and enables the user to move the plant anywhere within a few hours. The ”Haganator” soon becomes an Industry Icon and the design is still copied today.

1962 - Double Wall Silo

Mr. Vince Hagan is the first to design a double wall construction on a round silo. This becomes instituted as a standard with the CPMB.

1969 - Concrete Reclaimer

1969 – Concrete Reclaimer

Mr. Vince Hagan designs an affordable Concrete Reclaimer that helps the environment and saves money. It is toured around the country by truck and demonstrated as one of the industry’s first.

1975 - Auxiliary Silo

The mobile HCA auxiliary silo is built on a truss frame assembly with single axle assembly and 5th wheel pin towing assembly and a mounted screw feeder available in various sizes to match production rates.

The Vince Hagan Company designs and produces the exclusive in-truss dust collection design on its mobile batch plants. This guarantees “one load” mobile design for both plant and dust control unit.

1982 - Horizontal Ribbon Mixer

Mr. Vince Hagan designs, patents and manufactures the world’s first Horizontal Shaft Mixer. The HSM has a 30 second mix time and a 450 yards an hour capacity. No other mixer available gives you the ability to have the fewest loads of freight, quick setup and dismantle time and the consistent quality produced with the compulsory mixing action of the Vince Hagan Horizontal Shaft Spiral Blade Mixer.

The Vince Hagan Company designs the Dual Lane Wet/ Dry Batch Plant with exclusive design on dry holding hopper for high speed batching.

The Vince Hagan Company designs and produces the first self erect mobile concrete batch plant. This design allows the erection and setup of the plant without the use and cost of cranes.
