Sunnyvale, TX, January 17, 2023 – Vince Hagan is pleased to announce the addition of Beau Jones to the Sales Team as Western Senior Sales Manager, Teddy Keller as an Eastern Senior Sales Manager, and Mat Rozell as the Technical Senior Sales Manager.

Teddy will be active with the existing and new accounts in the East US territory, working with Chris Toedt and Brent Hardie.

Teddy has been involved with the Ready Mix Industry for 25+ years and brings a wealth of experience and customer relationships. Teddy previously worked w/ Command Alkon and held many roles within the company during his 27 year tenure mostly involving sales and leadership roles.

Beau will be active with the existing and new accounts in the West US territory, and working with Randy Haddox in the Texas region.

Beau has been involved with the Ready Mix Industry for 8+ years. Beau was previously selling concrete plants in the state of Texas for 5 years and most recently held the position of Western Region Sales Manager at Command Alkon. Beau currently serves at the Vice Chairman of the Texas Aggregate and Concrete Association Allied Board of Directors and brings a extensive background of industry knowledge and relationships.

With over 30 years of management, operations, and sevice experience in the Concrete Production Industry, Mat Rozell was our Senior Service Manager for the last seven years and now our Technical Sales Manager. Mat is known for applying the strongest analytical and critical thinking skills when it comes to mix designs, concrete plant operations, plant layouts, plant troubleshooting, and customer relations.
