Western Sales Position
The Vince Hagan Company, a leading manufacturer of equipment for the concrete construction industry for over 50 years is looking for a self-directed, energetic, professional Territorial Sales Manager for it’s Western US territory. Candidates that can demonstrate mechanical and technical aptitude will be given priority. A BS degree (technical background preferred) is required as is a minimum of 5 years sales experience in the concrete industry. The successful candidate must be able to work with minimal supervision, be customer focused and possess excellent communication and reporting skills. Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office package is also required.
This position (which reports directly to Vice President of Sales & Marketing) will manage all existing customer relationships while aggressively seeking new customer relationships in the above-defined territory. The successful candidate will: interface with customers with an emphasis on building long term, mutually beneficial relationships, communicate customer needs to our engineering department, configure customer specific solutions and, prepare and present proposals. Overnight travel will be required.
